What started as a dilapidated shotgun in the Irish Channel received a true 3rd and co facelift.
As always we kept what we could and transformed this into a modern camelback, keeping the existing facade and exposing the beautiful wooden beams.
We sliced this house down the middle and replaced the remaining structure with a 2 story contemporary addition with design forward windows and unique outdoor courtyard space which marries the old and the new.
