We approach all projects with fluidity and creative problem-solving, aiming to incorporate and preserve beautiful, historic elements of all of our properties.
Third and co started with the purchase of a small shotgun home in the Irish Channel of New Orleans that was in need of major renovation. Over the course of a year, our family went through all aspects of the renovation process from selecting tile and hardware to salvaging historic pocket doors and fireplaces.
Through this adventure, we realized our love for the design and build process and knew we wanted to take on more projects that would showcase our love for this city and its history. We felt that our commitment to preservation and our passion for forward thinking design would bring a unique element to the New Orleans community.
