This historic Irish Channel shotgun was left untouched for many years, requiring a complete gut job.
We decided to keep the existing charm of the shotgun while emphasizing the opportunity that a corner lot presents. Modern interiors and finishes were added as a contrast to the salvaged, historic wood floors.
