Jeannette

This single shotgun in the Carrollton neighborhood was in rough shape when we first came across it, but structurally it had good bones that with some reconfiguring of spaces really opened the place up.

We wanted to keep as much as we could, so we kept the existing hardwood floors, the beadboard ceilings in a funky green color, and the tiled fireplaces.

We removed an existing addition and cleared the space for a larger driveway. We also added some square footage to the back, while making sure there was still a decent amount of backyard space.
