Located Uptown in the Riverbed neighborhood, this former double shotgun provided a nice opportunity for us to play around with layouts.
We kept the bedrooms and bathrooms on the right side of the house, and the living spaces on the left side.
The open floorpan allows a nice view straight to the screened in porch and large backyard.
