Our first ground up build, conveniently located right behind our other two Rousseau properties. This unique lot provided the opportunity to build something that really stood out in architecture and design.

Being the only house on the block has its perks, which is why we took advantage and created a large glass window in the primary bedroom.

We added in lots of warm, wood elements to contrast the modern architecture and glass; the built-in bench for eating in the kitchen adds lots of additional seating and the dark wood cabinets contrast nicely against the wood floors. The shou sugi ban siding is a unique touch.
