This was our first ever project, and the one that ultimately started 3rd and co. We purchased this small shotgun home in the Irish Channel that was in need of major renovation. There was an entire tree growing through the middle of one of the rooms! Over the course of a year, we went through all aspects of the renovation process.

We got to work salvaging original pocket doors and fireplaces and repairing the original hardwood floors, while simultaneously modernizing the interiors.
