We renovated this Irish Channel double, turning it into a single family home with a second story and lots of original details.

Our goal was to preserve as much of the existing structure as possible, while adding in a second story and modernizing the interior.

We kept the original hardwood floors when possible and exposed the brick fireplaces and wood mantles.
